fire-dodge1What Is It?

Revolutions Now! is a web video show by FireNation Media. The show explores a wide variety of subjects from current event, politics, culture, racism, sexism, and history. We would like to create an show that shows the world as it truly is; cruel, unforgiving, beauty, mysterious, weird, but most of all humorous. In the simplest sense it can be thought of as a cross between Democracy Now! and Saturday Night Live.

Revolution Now! is a product of The New People’s Republic Initiative (See Here)

History

Revolution Now! was created by Maxamed Ibrahim (The Jam Master) as a way to express new creative ideas and insight into:

  • Our culture which seems to be corrupted but it we would like to know how. Culture is very important and I think in Amerigo (See Note Below) we tend to forget that. Culture is the foundation of society. If we can better understand it maybe we can create a better society
  • Our history is probably the second most important thing after our future. Because no matter how great of an accomplishment it is to move forward, the past is what makes who we are. In the same way that a house has a foundation built before everything else, history is our foundation that creates everything else. That is why we should never forget to remember.
  • Our political climate is of course very turbulent and is full of lots of obnoxious politicians; the better we can understand it the better we get at exposing these phonies. In my opinion politics in idea is a noble art because it is set up to get results that are better. Politics is suppose to do good.
  • Our future; its ironic how much we care for our past (history, museums, etc) but how little we care for our future. Things like climate change, and energy availability, and such things like that are back seat priorities.

Note: Because the country “America” don’t really exist and the term “American” could technically be anybody the lives in North, Central, or South America considering someone who lives in Africa is called African and some one who lives in Asia is call Asian. So to be political correct I will refer to the “United States of America” as the “United States of Amerigo” since that is the guy they named everything after anyway. And some one from Amerigo will be called an Amerigon
